Tania Schade is Vice President of Business Development with The Greeley Company. She brings more than 23 years of consulting and healthcare experience to the firm. Tania’s expertise encompasses the areas of technology, strategy, and process improvement. She is responsible for leading The Greeley Company's overall business development strategy and sales operations. Tania is passionate about collaborating with clients, business leaders, and industry leaders to ensure Greeley’s offerings support modern solutions to client challenges.
Tania serves as the Director of Operations on the Executive Board for the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association. She is also an Executive Investor member in the Power of Professional Women organization.
Prior to joining Greeley, Tania was the Healthcare Practice Leader for Slalom Consulting, where she was responsible for the overall growth strategy, including business development, account management and client delivery. She previously served as Vice President of Business Development and Client Delivery for FluidEdge Consulting and as Director for Vynamic. Preceding Vynamic, Tania focused on delivering large scale enterprise resource planning (ERP) and customer relationship management (CRM) solutions at Siemens, Advance Central Services, and PriceWaterhouseCoopers.
Tania received her triple major bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance and international business from Drexel University and a Bachelor of Arts from Central High School. She also studied abroad at the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy in Kiev, Ukraine.
