Parrish Aharam is a Director in the Informatics and Technology practice within Chartis. He has 20 years of experience in consulting with a focus on the provider, payer, and private equity sides of healthcare. He has deep expertise managing large-scale IT implementation programs, as well as strategy and planning initiatives and advisory services efforts. His work experience includes premier academic medical centers, multi-facility/regional integrated delivery networks, the nation’s largest payers, and private equity firms.
Parrish’s notable delivery and oversight work has focused on: IT strategic planning, assessments, and cost reduction, Private Equity IT due diligence and portfolio company integration, EMR (Cerner, Epic, Allscripts) strategy, selection, planning, and implementation, ERP (Workday) selection, planning, and implementation, IT governance, portfolio planning, demand management, and enterprise project management office design and implementation.
Before joining Chartis, Parrish provided strategic IT consulting services with Deloitte Consulting, serving large, complex healthcare organizations. He is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) through the Project Management Institute.
Parrish earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin-Stout.
