Kristin Craig is a Partner in Strategic Transformation at Chartis. She brings 15 years of healthcare and consulting experience working with a broad range of organizations, including multi-region health systems and IDNs, nationally ranked academic medical centers (AMCs), community hospitals and medical schools, and regional non-profit payers. She specializes in long-range enterprise strategy and planning, with expertise in driving sustainable growth, business model innovation, and collaborative partnerships. 

Prior to joining Chartis, Kristin advised healthcare executives at over two dozen organizations as a Director with PwC’s health strategy practice. Representative work included cost transformation and growth strategy for a national IDN, enterprise strategy and capability development for a leading AMC, and partnership facilitation and strategic diligence for high-profile healthcare transactions. Earlier in her career, she worked in health care policy and philanthropy with the Peter G. Peterson Foundation, where she helped launch a new center focused on accelerating value and innovation in the US healthcare system.

Kristin is also a published thought leader whose work has appeared in leading industry publications. Her writing explores topics such as the future of healthcare delivery, value-based care, and innovation in home-based care models.

Kristin received her MBA with honors from the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business, and her BA from Columbia University.
