Sue Anderson is a Principal at Chartis and has more than 20 years of healthcare management consulting experience advising hospitals, health systems, academic medical centers, and physician practices. Her work is concentrated in strategy development and service line strategic planning, partnership development, business planning, organization design, and programmatic development.
Sue has a depth of experience in cardiovascular services and has created more than 25 cardiovascular service line strategic plans. In addition, she has written a number of articles on hospital and physician strategy and has presented on service line development at several national conferences including the American College of Healthcare Executives and the Healthcare Strategy Institute.
Prior to joining Chartis, Sue worked as a Senior Manager with ECG Management Consultants, Inc. While at ECG, she spearheaded the cardiovascular governance and leadership survey initiative with Thomson Reuters and led the development of “Strategies for Superior Cardiovascular Service Line Performance,” a cardiovascular service line strategy and management book published by HealthLeaders Media.
Sue holds a Master of Business Administration from the UCLA Anderson School of Management and Bachelor’s degrees in English and Finance from the University of Richmond.
