Olivia Wolkowicz is Partner and Vice President of Finance and Operations at Chartis. She brings expertise in finance, operations, resource management, and organizational alignment within professional services and healthcare consulting. Her work centers on creating clarity and structure that enable teams and organizations to perform effectively and grow sustainably.
Before joining Chartis, Olivia served as Vice President of Operations at Healthlink Advisors, where she led the firm’s financial and operational strategy and guided business functions including finance, human resources, IT, resource management, and administration. She strengthened coordination across teams and supported practice leaders with operational insight to plan and deliver work effectively. Her leadership emphasized consistency, transparency, and connection across the organization.
Earlier in her career, Olivia held corporate finance and operations leadership roles where she developed expertise in forecasting, process design, and performance management. She is known for bringing a practical, systems-minded approach to complex environments and for helping organizations operate with focus and intent.
Olivia holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Texas at Arlington and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
