Meg is known for delivering practical, objective, and actionable solutions that enhance organizational agility and drive results across diverse healthcare settings.
Meg’s client engagements have focused on providing portfolio management leadership for complex, cross-functional transformational initiatives across multiple workstreams such as clinical implementations, major technology initiatives and high-profile process improvement projects. Meg has served as a trusted advisor to both frontline teams and senior executives, fostering collaborative environments that promote innovation and operational excellence. Her clients have included large national health systems, academic medical centers, retail providers and healthcare technology vendors.
Before joining Chartis, she served in leadership roles at Ankura Consulting and c3/consulting. She also served as an IT leader for the Massachusetts General Physicians Organization. Meg earned her Bachelor of Engineering in biomedical engineering from Vanderbilt University.
