Neil Precilio is an Associate Partner at HealthScape Advisors, a Chartis Company. He has over nine years of diverse consulting experience providing both strategy and execution support to help clients grow, perform, and transform across multiple industries.
Neil has led a variety of projects for healthcare clients; including health plans, large employer/retiree groups, specialty healthcare providers, and healthcare investors. His consulting experience has included strategy development, operating model design, and corporate advisory for mergers and acquisitions.
Neil is dedicated to helping clients execute strategic, operational, and analytical engagements, with focus on health plan operating model transformation, go-to-market strategy, member engagement / advocacy, integrated care models, product strategy, behavioral health innovation, transaction advisory, and vendor procurement management.
Neil co-leads HealthScape's Medicare Center of Excellence and has led numerous engagements helping plans grow, perform, and transform in the Medicare Advantage market. This work includes market entry, partnership model development, and product portfolio strategy. Additionally, Neil actively supports the firm’s Medicare thought leadership.
Prior to joining HealthScape, Neil worked in Crowe’s Financial Services Consulting practice where he focused on program implementation and management for clients in the banking industry.
Neil earned his bachelor’s degree in Finance from Purdue University.
