Caitlin is a Partner at HealthScape Advisors, a Chartis company. Caitlin co-leads HealthScape’s Ancillary Center of Excellence. In her role, she supports payers – including stand-alone ancillary plans, health plans, and multi-line carriers – across the Commercial, Medicare, Medicaid, and Federal lines of business.
In her nearly 15 years of consulting and industry experience, she has supported plans across a range of financial and operational engagements including health plan-ancillary plan partnerships; market entry support; diversification strategy; sales excellence strategy; product strategy; network and cost of care analytics and management; operational assessment and improvement; and transaction advisory.
Caitlin is responsible for working with HealthScape’s Analytics & Technology Team to manage several ancillary-specific business intelligence products including the Commercial Dental Insights Dashboard (network analytics), the Medicare Advantage Dental Tool, and the Medicare Advantage Vision Tool.
She is also a regular contributor to and co-author of HealthScape’s thought leadership in the Ancillary domain. Recently, she co-authored the Pathway to Value survey and paper in partnership with the National Association of Dental Plans (NADP) & CareQuest Institute.
Prior to joining HealthScape, Caitlin led Government Programs business development at EyeMed Vision Care. During her tenure, she executed a strategic expansion initiative in Medicaid by contracting and implementing six new partners representing 1M+ members. She also focused on business development and operational excellence for Medicare Advantage, contracting and implementing five new partners. To support Government Programs at scale, Caitlin led cross-functional teams to deploy system enhancements, improve platform capabilities, and refine operating procedures.
Caitlin began her career at HealthScape Advisors after earning her bachelor's degree in science-business from the University of Notre Dame.
