She leads the firm’s Talent Acquisition function, responsible for attracting and hiring talent across the organization and supporting the firm’s continued growth at scale. Cassie has nearly 20 years of recruiting experience spanning agency and corporate environments, with a focus on healthcare IT, healthcare consulting, and executive recruitment.
Cassie is recognized for her expertise in executive recruitment, talent acquisition operations, employer branding, and recruiter development. She has played a key role in supporting the firm’s unprecedented hiring growth by implementing scalable recruiting strategies, building high-performing recruiting teams, and driving operational excellence across the talent acquisition function. Known for her authentic leadership style, she partners closely with firm leadership to align recruiting efforts with organizational priorities and growth objectives.
Prior to joining Chartis, Cassie served in talent acquisition roles at Impact Advisors. Earlier in her career, she worked in Healthcare IT agency recruiting.
Cassie holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish Language from the University of Idaho.
