Jeannie Hubbell is a Partner at HealthScape Advisors, a Chartis Company. Jeannie brings over 25 years of experience as both a health plan executive leader and strategic advisor. Jeannie specializes in health plan network design and launching innovative healthcare delivery models. She brings substantial value-based program design and implementation from pilot through national scale experience.
Prior to HealthScape, Jeannie spent the majority of her career at Cigna, with significant contributions culminating in a national strategy role where she led a team of high-level associates that improved the affordability and quality of care delivered across the network of 1+ million healthcare providers. Highlights from her 20-year tenure at Cigna include the launch and expansion of FFV programs covering 3M lives, 650+ contracts, and 1M engaged providers in all types of programs inclusive of ACOs, medical home models, shared risk, and episodes.
Jeannie also brings telehealth experience from her role as a Senior Director of Program Management, Solution Analysis Design for TELADOC Health. In that role, she pioneered telehealth network solutions for disease management and virtual primary care that were integrated into the clients’ benefit offerings, driving the transition of Teladoc from vendor to healthcare provider. Notable clients include Aetna, Centene, Blues plans, and Aon.
As a consultant, Jeannie has used her experience to help health plan clients identify focus areas for medical cost optimization through network design and renewed value-based strategies. She looks forward to continuing building transformative solutions that enhance healthcare outcomes and financial predictability.
Her biggest passions in her field are advancing the healthcare landscape, creating superior patient outcomes, and fostering impactful relationships to guide organizations towards improved health and well-being. Jeannie received her MBA for the University of Arizona Eller College of Management.
