John is the Senior Vice President of Growth responsible for amplifying Chartis’ presence in the market and accelerating our growth objectives. Bringing 30 years of consulting and healthcare executive leadership experience, John’s role is to maximize our impact in supporting each client’s mission and co-create solutions that address their most complex issues. He works closely with the firm’s business leaders to cultivate new business relationships and enhance existing ones across the entire Chartis family of companies.
John brings a wealth of experience as a healthcare industry growth leader, having most recently served as Chief Commercial Officer at IKS Health, where he led commercial strategy, integration of strategic acquisitions, and business development for US health systems across a global operation. Prior to that, he held senior leadership roles with Guidehouse and ECG Management Consultants, where he partnered with health system and medical group executives to deliver transformational change and strategic growth. Earlier in his career, John served as CEO and COO for leading cardiology practices and led enterprise-wide redesign efforts to drive meaningful financial and operational results.
A trusted advisor and proven business development executive, John has a long track record of aligning consulting, services, and technology solutions to create measurable impact for clients. His expertise in launching growth models, building client-centric partnerships, and coaching high-performing teams enhances Chartis’ ability to make healthcare better.
John holds a Master of Health Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Communications—both from Indiana University.
