Elissa Glavash is a Senior Partner at HealthScape Advisors, a Chartis company. She has extensive experience advising clients across the healthcare industry. She primarily works with health plans, government contractors within Medicare, Medicaid & TRICARE programs, ancillary health organizations, and technology & SaaS companies.
Elissa leads HealthScape’s Federal Center of Excellence (CoE) with a focus on CMS and TRICARE programs. She is also a member of HealthScape’s Ancillary CoE and Business Transformation CoE with a special focus on dental plans and associated technologies.
Over the course of her career, Elissa has advised healthcare clients across the country on their operational, financial, and strategic initiatives. Her expertise includes planning and managing business implementations; conducting business opportunity and operating model assessments; developing bids and proposals; and identifying and implementing cost containment savings.
A large portion of Elissa’s work includes supporting her clients as they undergo large scale business transformations. Typical engagements include business case development, program management, organizational redesign, and organizational change management.
Elissa began her career in Huron Consulting Group's Pharmaceutical and Health Plan practice before joining HealthScape Advisors. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
