With more than 20 years of experience in healthcare consulting and professional services, Erin brings deep expertise in strategic growth, operational leadership, and cross-functional collaboration within complex, matrixed environments.
In her role, Erin partners closely with leaders across all Chartis service lines and business units to drive alignment around the firm’s highest-priority pursuits and strategic growth initiatives. She is responsible for advancing and operationalizing a scalable business development infrastructure that enables consistency, efficiency, and excellence throughout the client engagement lifecycle. Her work ensures that clients benefit from the full breadth of Chartis capabilities and expertise, while positioning the firm to respond effectively to evolving healthcare industry needs.
In addition to her business development leadership, Erin has extensive experience spanning operations management, resource management, service offering and product development, marketing, proposal strategy, and consulting. Her broad background enables her to connect strategic vision with operational execution, helping organizations navigate growth while maintaining a strong focus on client value and organizational effectiveness.
Erin earned her Master of Business Administration from the University of Kansas and her Bachelor of Science Business Administration in marketing from Creighton University.
