Julie Dobrusin is a Partner in Financial Transformation at Chartis with over 15 years of experience advising healthcare organizations on revenue cycle optimization, operational redesign, and financial performance improvement. Julie has led engagements across academic medical centers, large integrated health systems, and physician groups, with a focus on Patient Financial Services and Revenue Integrity.
Her experience includes denials management, accounts receivable (AR) strategy, cost to collect reduction, charge capture, strategic pricing, and robotic process automation (RPA) development. Julie also has experience advising clients on price transparency compliance and Epic optimization.
Prior to joining Chartis, Julie served as a Director within Guidehouse’s Financial Transformation practice, where she managed large-scale Revenue Cycle engagements. Julie earned her Master of Health Services Administration from the University of Michigan and her Bachelor of Science in Finance from Wake Forest University. She is a Fellow of both the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) and the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA).
