
Letitia Fecher is a Senior Vice President and Public & Community Health Systems Practice Lead at Jarrard, a Chartis Company. Bringing her clients and team almost two decades of healthcare marketing and strategic communications experience, Letitia Fecher leads Jarrard’s practice devoted to the unique needs of publicly owned and community health systems—many of which are rural.
She offers deep expertise in navigating complex situations with a variety of internal and external stakeholders, developing messaging that resonates and communicating complex—often difficult—messaging through times of change and challenge.
In her 10 years with Jarrard, Letitia has played key roles in steering clients through complex partnerships, mergers and integration; launching physician, employee and community engagement initiatives; spearheading public perception campaigns and creating branding and image strategies.
Prior to joining Jarrard in 2014, Letitia led the marketing and communications for United Allergy Services, an investor-backed healthcare services organization. There, she implemented an organization-wide employee engagement effort, oversaw relationship and business development with provider organizations and physician practices and launched the company’s brand, marketing and communications strategy.
Letitia's career also includes seven years tenure as an in-hospital marketing and communications professional. She oversaw marketing and communications for a Tenet-owned hospital and facilities in Atlanta, as well as managed marketing, internal communications and customer relations for a Mercy Health nine-hospital system (now Tennova Healthcare) in Knoxville, Tenn.
Letitia earned a Bachelor of Arts in communications with a public relations specialization from Michigan State University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Tennessee.
