George Asante is a Partner in Analytics & Insights at Chartis and leads the firm's development and operationalization of healthcare data platform and applied AI capability. He has nearly 20 years of experience building the data foundations payers and providers rely on for risk adjustment, quality measurement, and population health.
George has built analytics capability where none existed: a technology function inside a consulting firm, a product business carved out of a service line, and a company from zero. He is as effective in a client executive briefing as in an architecture review, pairing command of payer and provider data economics with hands-on depth in Lakehouse architecture, OMOP data modeling, and production LLM systems. Every platform he has delivered has run under HIPAA and HITRUST.
Prior to joining Chartis, George was Founder and CEO of Affine Health, where he built a unified clinical and payer data platform serving Risk Adjustment, RADV, and RADI at multi-terabyte scale. He previously served as Chief Technology Officer of Pareto Intelligence, scaling engineering from 3 to 35 behind a $25M+ ARR analytics platform through its acquisition by Convey Health Solutions. He joined HealthScape Advisors in 2010, building its technology function from the ground up and playing a foundational role in spinning out Pareto Intelligence, and began his career as a Clinical Systems Analyst at St. Luke's Hospital.
George holds a Master of Science in Medical Informatics from Northwestern University
