Jeff Heidbreder is a Partner in Digital & Technology Transformation and co-leads the Digital & IT Operations practice. He has 25 years of complex project management experience, with over 10 years of healthcare industry success in leading large, complex technology platform transitions, digital transformations, IT integration for mergers and acquisitions, and enterprise-wide process improvement initiatives. Jeff has robust experience advising health systems on IT strategic plans, system selections, governance and portfolio management, and PMO optimization. Jeff is a results-oriented leader focused on translating high-level strategies into effective, deadline-driven programs that align people, processes, and technologies.
Prior to joining Chartis, Jeff served as an IT and Revenue Cycle Manager for Albany Medical Center and a Senior Project Manager for Insperity, a Professional Employer Organization.
Jeff earned his MBA in Finance from the University of Texas and his BS in Civil Engineering from The University of Houston. He is a certified Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute and is certified in Epic Resolute Hospital Billing Administration.
