Taylor Kennedy is a Senior Partner in Digital and Technology Transformation at Chartis, where he partners with hospitals and health systems to reimagine care delivery, streamline operations, and achieve financial and operational excellence through digital transformation.
His work focuses on bridging the gap between strategy and execution, aligning innovative technologies with business imperatives to drive measurable outcomes. From patient experience and CRM platforms to core EHR and administrative systems, Taylor guides healthcare leaders through large-scale digital transformations, leveraging automation, analytics, and emerging technologies as accelerators—not as end goals. He also serves as a trusted advisor, helping clients navigate digital maturity, optimize enterprise architectures, and embed governance structures that ensure long-term success.
Prior to joining Chartis, Taylor spent several years at Huron Consulting Group, where he advised healthcare organizations on digital transformation and helped build and bring to market new technology-enabled capabilities. Earlier in his career, he held leadership roles across healthcare analytics and technology companies, giving him experience identifying emerging market needs, developing new solutions and offerings, and translating evolving technologies into practical applications for healthcare organizations. That combination of advisory and entrepreneurial experience has shaped his approach to solving complex, often emerging challenges at the intersection of healthcare, technology, and transformation.
In addition, he is equally passionate about community impact, focusing his philanthropic work on reducing the effect of socioeconomic status on children's outcomes across the Denver area. A member of the Denver Children’s Foundation since 2019, he served on its Board of Directors (2021–2023) and led its marquee fundraiser as Polo Chair in 2023.
Born and raised in Littleton, Colorado, Taylor holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication and a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Colorado.
