What do you hope to help our clients achieve?

Most organizations have made significant investments in their technology and teams, but without strong collaboration between business and IT teams, the results will always be sub-par. I've always been passionate about driving out waste in the administrative areas of healthcare. I'm excited to drive excellence in the intersection between the revenue cycle business and technology teams to ensure both functions perform at the top of their respective games to lower cost and improve both patient and user experiences interacting with health systems.

What have you found to be the most rewarding part of your career?

I've found those that work in healthcare are deeply passionate and mission-driven; working with teams that care deeply about the patients they serve is always deeply fulfilling. However, healthcare can be full of administrative potholes that disconnect people from the patients they serve. Finding ways to remove the mundane from the daily work to allow providers of all types to better engage with their patients and their work will always be the most rewarding part of what I do.

When you’re not working, what would we find you doing?

I've had a long-standing love of music and love instruments of all types. While not very good at most of them, I've amassed a bit of a collection of guitars, keyboards, and all types of electronic gadgets most would consider musically adjacent. You'd probably find me noodling with some broken amplifier or building a guitar from parts.
