Molly is a seasoned communications counselor with high-level experience in thought leadership, strategic positioning, change management, media relations, crisis and issue management, and strategic partnership communications for healthcare organizations across the United States.
A thought leader and sought-after speaker, Molly also authors Jarrard Inc.’s popular Inside Baseball, a source of hot tips, off-color commentary, and quasi-useful information out of two healthcare hubs – Chicago and Nashville.
She serves on the board of the Nashville Health Care Council, is a member of the inaugural class of the Nashville Health Care Council Fellows Program, and is a past board member of Leadership Health Care.
Molly's accolades include being named one of Nashville Business Journal’s “40 under 40” and one of Nashville Medical News’ “2013 Women to Watch.” The Tennessee Hospital Association also recognized her with their Community Service Award for her body of work as a healthcare business reporter.
Before co-founding the firm, Molly was a public affairs advisor with the healthcare practice of The Ingram Group. Prior to that position, she was a highly regarded healthcare business reporter for Nashville Post magazine, NashvillePost.com, and the Nashville Business Journal. She began her career as a reporter for the Chattanooga Times Free Press.
