Technology Enablement

Chartis works with clients to improve the connection between clinical and revenue cycle workflows. Whether you are undertaking a conversion to Epic or Cerner, implementing across acquired entities, or optimizing/automating through third-party technology to enhance foundational EMR capabilities, we can help. We provide:
- System strategy, selection, and implementation advisory support
- Clinical and revenue cycle workflow integration
- Operational readiness and risk mitigation
- Post go-live technology optimization
- IT leadership and support
As experienced revenue cycle leaders and digital experts in EHR and EMR systems like Epic and Cerner, we work closely with revenue cycle and IT leadership and support staff to bring diverse perspectives that lead to integrated, sustainable change.
