Ryan’s consulting career spans over 12 years, including a decade providing strategic, partnership, and performance advisory services exclusively in the cancer care space. Ryan is a trusted advisor to some of the top cancer centers in the country and is sought for his perspectives on oncology transactions, market growth strategies, and care model redesign in support of higher-value patient care and sustained competitive advantage.
Informatics & Technology
Craig brings more than 25 years of experience in healthcare information technology and focuses on helping providers achieve the best outcomes and the most value from their technology investments. Craig's experience includes information systems (IS) departmental assessment, strategic IS planning, business and clinical system selection and planning, merger and acquisition integration, budgeting and cost analysis, workflow design, and department management.
Brian has nearly 20 years of experience in healthcare, the majority serving as a strategic advisor to leading integrated health systems, academic medical centers, and children’s hospitals across the country, advising them on some of their most pressing strategic issues. Brian currently co-leads the Pediatric segment for the firm.
Chartis’ 10 new Principals demonstrate the firm’s growth across practices as the promotions represent Strategy, Performance, Private Equity, Informatics & Technology (I&T), and Revenue Cycle.
Bret's breadth of experience includes developing innovative strategies to deploy health information exchange technologies across providers, including across international organizations, and to enhance the patient experience through the implementation of value-driven engagement platforms that transform the delivery of healthcare.
Harrison specializes in health system partnerships. Harrison's experience includes health system partnerships/mergers and acquisitions, service line planning, ambulatory network development, and enterprise strategic planning.
In her role, Giselle leads the advancement of the firm’s strategic advisory solutions, including enterprise strategic planning, partnerships/M&A, service line planning and development, and provider economic alignment.
Sue Fletcher, RN
Sue has over ten years of healthcare management consulting experience advising community and academic health systems on various strategic planning and performance initiatives including redesigning and implementing ambulatory care processes, expanding patient access and throughput, and realigning organizational structures.
Informatics & Technology
Steven has over 25 years of experience in all aspects of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), with the last seven years dedicated to the health delivery provider space. Steven's expertise includes ERP system evaluation and selection, total cost of ownership (TCO) development, leadership of cloud ERP projects and process improvements and redesign.
Private Equity Advisory
Nick has 10 years of management consulting experience working with leading healthcare organizations. Nick's focus areas include private equity advisory, health plan strategy, and health system enterprise strategy.
Audrey's career in healthcare includes 10 years in consulting, mostly in performance improvement and strategy implementation for various provider organizations. Audrey's specific areas of expertise include medical group performance, patient access and throughput, care models, and service centers.
Michael has over 10 years of healthcare experience in consulting and strategic planning, and has advised health systems, including academic health systems, community hospitals, and children’s hospitals, on hospital affiliations, partnerships, enterprise strategy, and service line plans.
Nate's areas of focus include revenue cycle, operational process improvement, financial management, reorganization, revenue optimization, business office consolidation and optimization, cash acceleration, and income statement improvement realization.
Sachin is a recognized expert in workforce operations and has extensive experience in labor management infrastructure programs designing labor productivity tracking systems, target-setting processes, and position-review processes.
