Today Chartis, a comprehensive healthcare advisory firm, announced that Shaifali Ray, MHA, has joined Chartis Just Health Collective (CJHC) as a Principal and Vice President of Client Delivery. CJHC, a division within Chartis, is committed to creating a liberated healthcare system free of bias, discrimination, and disparities—resulting in equitable health for all.
Leveraging her extensive frontline, operational, regulatory, and consulting experience, Shaifali has helped AMCs and large IDNs align and accelerate their health equity efforts through effective strategy, change management, measurement, and education.
Ray specializes in driving healthcare transformation with a focus on ambulatory strategy, access to care, and health equity. In her new role, she will lead client delivery and engagement and provide leadership and strategic direction to the organization’s sales and business development functions.

She most recently served as a Principal of Strategy and Health Equity at Vizient and Co-Lead for its Health Equity Solution. Ray also has served in various leadership roles at Kaiser Permanente, University Health System Consortium, and The Joint Commission.
Ray has a Master of Health Administration from The Ohio State University and a Bachelor of Science in Public Health from Indiana University. She has a Robust Process Improvement (RPI®) Green Belt certification from The Joint Commission.
