Using a carefully revised Insight Study, we surveyed the AONL membership. In this session, Senior Partner and Executive Director of the Chartis Center for Burnout Solutions Dan Shapiro will join AONL CEO Claire Zangerle to describe the most important findings including issues facing over 3,000 nurse leaders with a careful breakdown of the similarities and differences in challenges and trends in leadership by role and region. Recognizing that what matters to a first-time nurse manager is different than a hospital president or CNE of a large multi-hospital system, we highlight the themes and surprising findings.

Amanda Pearl, PhD, is an Associate Partner with the Chartis Center for Burnout Solutions. She is a trained clinical psychologist with over 15 years of experience with psychometrics, survey design, and analytic methodology and over 10 years of experience in the healthcare industry.
