Chartis, a comprehensive healthcare advisory firm, today announced that Semyon “Sem” Shtulberg has joined the firm as a Partner in Strategic Transformation.
Shtulberg brings more than 17 years of management consulting and healthcare industry experience, achieving demonstrable results in business model transformation, stakeholder alignment, and care delivery innovation.

Shtulberg will work across multiple healthcare segments on strategy development and execution. He brings deep industry experience in M&A planning and execution, value-based care portfolio optimization, economic transformation, Medicare Advantage organization and product development, clinical service line development and growth, and hospital and medical group integration.
Prior to joining Chartis, Shtulberg led client engagements at BDC Advisors, a boutique healthcare strategy consulting firm. He also held a key leadership position at Advocate Aurora Health, where he was integral to the successful merger and integration of Advocate and Aurora.
Shtulberg graduated from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business with a bachelor’s degree in business economics and received an MBA from the Darden Graduate School of Business at the University of Virginia.
