Today, The Chartis Group, a leading provider of comprehensive advisory services and analytics to the healthcare industry, announced that Keith Lukasik has rejoined the firm as a Principal in the Private Equity Advisory practice.
“We are thrilled to welcome Keith back as a Principal in the Private Equity Advisory Practice,” said Eric Mayeda, Director and Private Equity Advisory Practice Leader, The Chartis Group. “From partnerships, M&A, enterprise turnarounds, and leading transformational integration strategies, his deep industry expertise and keen analytical approach will serve clients well in achieving innovative, yet actionable, strategic growth plans for long-term profitability and sustainability.”
Lukasik has over 15 years of healthcare strategy experience, most recently serving as Chief Strategy Officer for Erie County Medical Center (ECMC) in Buffalo, NY.
