Jodi Capistrant
Director, Performance Practice
Capistrant’s career spans nearly 20 years between healthcare advisory services and health system leadership. Her work is concentrated in the creation of strategies and advanced care delivery models to achieve organizational goals, superior outcomes, experience, and efficiency. She has a wide range of expertise in the healthcare field having led engagements in organizational alignment and operational and clinical innovation, including patient access and throughput management, strategic partnership design, strategic growth planning, operational integration and value creation, and capital asset planning, preparation, and activation.
Principal Promotions
Jon Freedman
Principal, Digital Transformation Practice
Freedman brings over 10 years of healthcare experience to the firm’s Digital Transformation practice. He works with clients to develop transformational digital and consumer experience strategies and programs that meet the growing demands and expectations of the consumers and patients they serve. His work is focused on digital solutions that put consumers at the center of their healthcare experience.
Principal, Performance Practice
Sklarsky has over 12 years of experience working with healthcare providers, 10 of which have been spent in consulting. Her work has focused on optimizing healthcare operations across inpatient, ambulatory, and procedural settings, in both academic medical centers and community hospital settings.
Maureen Ward
Principal, Performance Practice
Ward’s career spans over 25 years, 15 of which have been spent in management consulting. The remaining years have been in senior operations leadership roles in provider and payer organizations. Ward works across Chartis’ Strategy and Performance practices, providing leadership for strategic initiatives such as primary care transformation, care model redesign, and operationalizing value-based care for care delivery enterprises, clinically integrated networks, and accountable care organizations (ACOs) to manage value and risk.
