Chartis, a leading healthcare advisory firm, announced that Marco Restrepo has rejoined the firm as a Strategic Transformation Partner. He is a healthcare industry professional with more than 15 years of experience in leadership and management within consulting, healthcare, finance, and technology.

Restrepo is focused on helping clients become fit for the future and achieving their long-term vision. He will advise hospital systems and healthcare services organizations on strategic growth initiatives and innovative partnership development.
Prior to returning to Chartis, Restrepo served as Senior Vice President of Strategy at UnitedHealth Group with responsibility for leading strategic partnerships and early-stage strategy. He also served as Vice President of Strategy at OptumHealth, a division of UnitedHealth Group. A seasoned consultant, he brings experience working at JPMorgan, Texas Venture Labs, Davita, and Boston Consulting Group.
Restrepo has a bachelor’s in finance from Southern Methodist University and an MBA from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas in Austin.
