Chartis, a comprehensive healthcare advisory firm, is pleased to announce five promotions to the firm’s leadership team, effective immediately.

Director Promotion:

John McCullough has been promoted to Director in Digital Transformation. McCullough has more than two decades of experience driving the operational aspects of designing and developing innovative cross-practice digital strategies and solutions, including enterprise resource planning and electronic health record implementations. He is adept at aligning technology operations with corporate and marketplace strategies in both start-up and mature operating environments. McCullough has managed nearly $600 million in complex, large-scale enterprise system and digital transformations in the last eight years.

Principal Promotions:

Daniel DePonte has been promoted to Principal in Strategic Transformation with a focus in oncology solutions. DePonte has more than 10 years of experience providing strategic planning and healthcare advisory services to hospitals, large health systems, and academic medical centers focused exclusively on the oncology service line. Recently, he led strategic planning efforts for one of the nation’s largest integrated health systems, advised a client on the acquisition of a multimillion-dollar oncology practice, and completed business cases for a client’s new cancer center. Known for his analytic abilities and people leadership skills, DePonte is a sought-after mentor within the firm.

Vincent D’Itri has been promoted to Principal in Digital Transformation. D’Itri brings more than 17 years of healthcare consulting experience working closely with leading academic medical centers and health systems. He excels at creating long-term partnerships, developing grant opportunities, and executing major research initiatives with some of the highest publicly funded institutes and consortiums in the country. Most recently, D’Itri completed a project to reimagine the access, sharing, and use of electronic health record data to improve clinical trials at a leading pediatric research hospital.  

Sarah Donohue-Rolfe has been promoted to Principal in Clinical Transformation. Donohue-Rolfe has over 10 years of experience helping healthcare organizations address a range of strategic and operational challenges, including operational due diligence, enterprise strategy planning, economic alignment redesign, comprehensive performance assessments and enterprise access strategy development, and service center planning. Most recently, she led the development of a rapid access diagnostic at a large health system that can be scaled to other organizations. Donohue-Rolfe also leads the firm’s Care Model Affinity Group, enabling Chartis to glean and share industry leading practices with other organizations.

Tim Stewart has been promoted to Partner at Jarrard, a division of Chartis focused on strategic communications and change management. Stewart has more than 15 years of experience in communications, public affairs, and marketing. He leads Jarrard’s Academic Health Systems practice, which serves dozens of academic health systems across the country. Stewart specializes in guiding executive leadership teams through crisis communications, partnership transactions, and strategic change management initiatives. He also is regarded for his leadership skills internally and is known for empowering his colleagues to develop their own voice and expertise.
