Katie Sklarsky is a Consultant with The Chartis Group. Her consulting experience includes strategic planning, physician-hospital financial alignment, service line planning, inpatient throughput, and ambulatory access work for leading health systems and academic medical centers nationwide as well as Center for Medicare and Medicaid Innovation (CMMI) grant implementation work for the State of Connecticut.
Prior to joining The Chartis Group, Ms. Sklarsky was an Administrative Fellow at Northwestern Memorial Hospital in Chicago, where she completed projects ranging from developing clinical program strategic plans to doing process improvement work in Labor and Delivery. Previously, she did clinical research at Massachusetts General Hospital in the department of Psychiatry.
Ms. Sklarsky holds an MPH with emphasis in Policy and Management from Boston University’s School of Public Health and a BA in Psychology Based Human Relations from Connecticut College.
