Sue Fletcher, RN, is a Senior Partner in Performance Transformation. She has over fifteen years of healthcare management consulting experience advising community, children's, and academic health systems on improving performance in ambulatory access, medical group management, care model innovation, and operating model redesign. She has a proven track record of delivering sustainable performance improvement through strategic planning, operational excellence, and stakeholder engagement. Known for her exceptional facilitation skills, Sue is adept at bringing together diverse groups to build alignment, drive decision-making, and achieve meaningful results. Her depth of experience enables her to rapidly diagnose complex challenges, implement practical solutions, and anticipate related operational, financial, and organizational issues, helping clients achieve lasting and measurable improvements.
Prior to joining Chartis, Sue was at Sg2, where she developed analytic tools for strategic planners and worked with health systems to better understand and anticipate market changes relating to primary and post-acute network development. Sue has also worked as a registered nurse at a behavioral health clinic in the Chicagoland area.
Sue holds a Master’s in Business Administration from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in economics from the Wharton School, as well as a Bachelor of Nursing from the Nursing School at the University of Pennsylvania.
