Mike D’Olio is a Director at The Chartis Group and a leader in the firm’s Performance practice. Mr. D’Olio has over 30 years of healthcare consulting and health system management experience. During this time, he has worked with a wide range of healthcare providers including academic medical centers, health systems, integrated delivery networks and children’s hospitals. He leads operational and strategic consulting engagements in the areas of patient access and engagement, medical group and clinical process optimization, call/contact center design and implementation, capacity and throughput management, mergers, pre- and post-merger clinical rationalization and integration, service line planning, hospital and physician alignment, network development, and funds flow.
Mr. D’Olio has served as the interim leader for access at several of his most complex client organizations and has provided management coaching, senior leadership support and organizational alignment assistance for many of his clients. He has partnered with numerous health systems to develop and execute enterprise-wide patient engagement and access strategies.
Prior to joining The Chartis Group, Mr. D'Olio spent more than 15 years in academic health system leadership roles, while developing successful inpatient and ambulatory programs.
