Over the course of the pandemic, many health systems have deployed some form of Hospital at Home (H@H) program, but to date, few have been able to grow their programs to be of sustainable size and scale.
This webinar featured two H@H physician leaders, Dr. Bruce Leff (Johns Hopkins) and Dr. Mark Krivopal (Chartis), discussing the approaches they have observed that can help advance a subscale and siloed H@H program into a sizeable, sustainable, and safe integrated site of care.
