Tony Boerbon is an Associate Partner in Digital & Technology Transformation at Chartis. He is an experienced healthcare Information Technology (IT) professional with more than 25 years of experience. Tony has a successful track record in a myriad of health delivery organization settings providing IT strategy and program leadership. His experience includes leading organizational assessments, IT strategies, enterprise Project Management Office (PMO) designs, vendor selections, and process redesign and system implementations, in addition to IT department operational line management responsibilities. Beyond IT expertise, Tony has worked on operational initiatives such as organizational transformation, patient workflow optimization, and performance maturity.
Prior to joining Chartis, Tony held key roles in many mission-critical projects including overall Program Manager, Technical Delivery Lead, Planning Lead and Methods and Practices (PMO) Director for health delivery organizations while working for Accenture Consulting.
Tony received his Bachelor of Science in finance from The University of Minnesota.
