Tina Manzanares is an Associate Principal with Chartis. She has 28 years of healthcare experience which includes clinical practice, operational roles and clinical information systems. Tina has experience in the lifecycle of clinical systems for ambulatory, inpatient and emergency department information systems. Her leadership expertise is across various Epic initiatives including inpatient, ambulatory and Community Connect focused projects across a variety of organizations including multi-facility medical centers, regional healthcare centers, delivery networks, academic medical centers and community facilities. Tina has leveraged her 12 years as a Registered Nurse in Pediatric Intensive Care and Emergency Medicine to provide clinical informatics leadership as well as manage process improvement, readiness and redesign initiatives for major health delivery organizations. She is currently certified in Epic’s Emergency Department module, ASAP.
Tina’s consulting experience has focused on clinical application project management, pre-implementation and implementation planning, system implementation, system support/maintenance and operational readiness. She has served several clients including John C. Lincoln, Temple University Hospital, Englewood Health, Virtua Health, Slocum Dickson Medical Group, and Geisinger Health.
Prior to joining Chartis, Tina served in many roles within the Cleveland Clinic including Director of Clinical Informatics, ASAP (Emergency Department) Project Manager, and Clinical Application Analyst. She also served as ASAP Team Lead for Renown Health.
In addition, Tina an active member of Northern Ohio Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS).
Tina received her Master of Science in Nursing, Informatics and Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Case Western Reserve University and an Associate of Applied Science, Nursing from Lakeland Community College.
