Tim Sturgis is an Associate Principal with Chartis. He has over 30 years of experience as a globally skilled technology leader with broad-based IT management experience in healthcare delivery organizations. Tim has managed IT services for teams in the US, Asia, and Europe with a proven track record of turning around and transforming operations struggling to meet financial and service goals. Tim's expertise includes assessing and building top performing technology and project teams in areas such as data and analytics, network, computing, and service management; planning and executing rapid transformation and optimization; driving the formulation of strategy to transform and utilize information technology as a business differentiator; and improving operating efficiency while reducing costs and improving profitability. He has extensive experience with data management and analytics, service management, service desk operations, data center services, network operations, and computing services.
Prior to joining Chartis, Tim led IT service delivery projects for numerous Integrated Delivery Networks (IDN), Academic Medical Centers (AMC), and community-based healthcare organizations throughout the country. In addition to national healthcare experience, Tim has also led IT service delivery for European-based healthcare systems.
Tim has his Master of Business Administration from Bowling Green University and his Bachelor of Science in computer sciences from Graceland University.
