Taylor Stanford

Associate Vice President

Taylor Stanford is a skilled strategic communicator whose signature expertise is change management–helping healthcare organizations navigate the ongoing operational and cultural changes needed to be successful in today’s healthcare environment.

Having spent a decade in both the public and private sectors, she understands highly regulated environments, is able to engage stakeholders at all levels, and is adept at developing unique campaigns for clients of our National & Academic Health System Practice.

Taylor joined the firm in 2016. Much of her work today centers on strategic planning, prioritization and rollouts, along with team and leadership optimization. She is masterful in orchestrating significant organizational transformation, especially with highly complex, multi-phased change implementations with converging workstreams.

She began her career on Capitol Hill, serving as a communications director and a legislative aide. While in D.C., she crafted traditional and digital communications strategies to reach constituents and media outlets during high-profile events, including the 2008 economic crisis and passage of the Affordable Care Act. She also managed campaign outreach in 2008 and 2010, leading to successful re-elections.

Taylor earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in journalism and mass communications from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She is also a certified Change Management Professional through Prosci.
