Sarah Moravick is an Associate Partner with Chartis in the Clinical Transformation line of business. Sarah has more than 15 years of experience working in healthcare organizations to create processes and systems that enable highly effective care delivery and a foster a positive patient experience. Throughout her career, she has worked at leading academic medical centers, a payer organization, and a value-based, virtual primary care start-up, to design and implement innovative, sustainable change through a collaborative approach that produces lasting outcomes.
Sarah’s work spans all facets of healthcare delivery, from access, to patient flow optimization, to quality improvement, to digital technology enablement. She has led teams to create new models of care and to develop effective tools to track, manage, and ultimately improve performance. In her most recent projects, she worked with a rural health system to improve its financial performance through realignment of its clinical capacity, designed a model to integrate community providers into a large academic provider enterprise, analyzed clinical variation and devised strategies to improve standardization in the care of patients with heart failure, and helped an urban health system create a robust central staffing “float pool” so it could more effectively align resources with demand across multiple hospitals.
Sarah holds a Master of Business Administration from Simmons College, School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing Communications from Emerson College.
