Reena Puri is a Manager in Digital & Technology Transformation with nearly seven years of experience spanning healthcare management advisory, early-stage biotechnology advisory, informatics, and hospital administration. She specializes in digital strategy, emerging technologies, and value realization, with additional expertise in supporting private equity IT and operational due diligence as well as post-merger integrations.
At Chartis, Reena leads complex projects for health system and payer clients, driving successful outcomes across strategy, operations, and technology initiatives. She also advises organizations on large-scale implementations, bringing both deep industry expertise and a collaborative approach.
Her recent work includes developing a three-year “intelligent inpatient room of the future” roadmap for a midwestern health system by analyzing patient, workforce, and operational pain points, defining future-state capabilities, and building a supporting cost model. She also designed an alternative health plan strategy for a major Blues health plan, which encompassed a detailed business case with cost estimates, benefit modeling, and a comprehensive implementation plan and feature roadmap.
Before joining Chartis, Reena served as a Project Manager at Wave Strategy, LLC, where she conducted due diligence, go-to-market strategy, and target product profiling for biotechnology start-ups as well as venture capital funds and family offices.
Reena earned her Master of Business Administration and Master of Science in Medical Physiology from Case Western Reserve University, and a Master of Public Health from the University of Arizona.
