Paige Ottmar

Associate Partner

Paige Ottmar is an Associate Partner at Chartis in the Digital & Technology Transformation line of business. She has over seven years of applied data analytics, research strategy and operations, and health care project management experience across a variety of organizations. She is a highly motivated professional skilled at creating complex and flexible models to inform future planning efforts, conducting qualitative and quantitative analyses to identify inefficiencies, creating actionable recommendations to support effective business decisions, and monitoring success through the development of appropriate key performance indicators.  

Paige has extensive experience managing large-scale research studies, including managing the central coordinating point for two national COVID Serosurvey projects encompassing more than 12,000 participants, creating a national consultative resource focusing on community-engaged research practices, and serving as a project manager for multiple National Institute of Health (NIH)-funded studies. She also co-led the creation of a federated network to facilitate the sharing of Electronic Health Record (EHR) data across large healthcare entities and managed the creation of an Institutional Biorepository Core (IBC).

Paige also has a comprehensive project management background and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP)®. She most recently served as a project manager for multiple engagements supporting State agencies, including creating a comprehensive assessment to evaluate future service needs of the Medicaid population, evaluating total compensation for State-operated behavioral health facilities to identify cost savings of over $27 million, building projections of future geriatric veterans’ service needs to inform resource allocation, and creating a behavioral health crisis continuum strategic plan and recommendations for sustainable braided funding solutions.  

Paige holds a Master of Science in Information Science and a Master of Health Administration, both from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Cognitive Science from Northwestern University.
