Matt Goldstein

Engagement Manager

Matt Goldstein is an Engagement Manager in Strategic Transformation at Chartis. In this role, he develops strategies for leading healthcare providers, payers, and digital health companies.  

Matt’s expertise spans strategy and product design with special experience in developing innovative care model portfolios, such as Care@Home, Hospital@Home, virtual/hybrid models, and next-generation primary care. He works with clients to improve consumer experience and patient access through designing personalized customer experiences, enabling better demand management, and creating capital-lite capacity.  

Recent projects include justifying, implementing, and optimizing home-based care models and hybrid care models, as well as developing strategies enabling the shift from reactive to proactive care. He has also partnered with an international public-private partnership to define the business case for a technology-enabled public health initiative in a developing country, and worked with payers to design innovative steerage products.  

Prior to Chartis, Matt was a Product Manager at Discover Financial Services, where he was a key team member for the launch of Discover’s flagship checking product and, also, supported several large, cross-functional strategic initiatives, including the firm’s transition to Agile software development.  

Matt holds an MBA with high honors from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BS in Computer Science Engineering from the University of Michigan.
