Haley Fritz is an Associate Partner in Performance Transformation at Chartis. Haley has nearly 9 years of healthcare implementation experience advising hospitals, health systems, and physician practices through Epic-related initiatives. Her work is concentrated around technology and operational strategic advisory. Her expertise includes strategy development, workflow and organizational design, operational readiness, and operational management. Haley was previously employed at Epic in the Patient Access & Experience space for 7.5 years.
Haley was part of the Implementation Services team at Epic where she worked with a variety of organizations to improve and implement their Patient Access & Revenue Cycle workflows. Haley’s recent engagements include an overhaul of guided scheduling build and implementation of decision trees, as well as a successful long-term Revenue Cycle implementation that included centralization of scheduling and authorization management as well as operational readiness for a large, multi-state, multi-facility (50+ sites) Integrated Delivery Network. Haley collaborated with Revenue Cycle, Digital, and Clinical leaders to evaluate, design, and implement a new digital front door to improve Patient Access and Experience, which achieved a patient self-scheduling rate of 2x over the national average. During her tenure, she also assisted organizations with structuring their provider management & maintenance and training programs.
Haley is a member of the Healthcare Finance Management Association.
Haley received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration & Marketing from the University of Wisconsin – La Crosse. Haley is accredited from the Healthcare Finance Management Association as a Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR). She is Epic certified in Cadence (Scheduling), Prelude (Registration), Referrals & Authorizations, Welcome (Kiosk), and Grand Central (Admissions, Discharges & Transfers).
