Adriana Krasniansky is an Associate Partner in Strategic Transformation. She brings several years of experience in healthcare consulting and research, with deep expertise in digital health innovation and care model transformation. Adriana has led engagements with Fortune-100 pharmaceutical companies, payers, and health systems to evaluate technology solutions for cancer navigation, clinical trial matching, and caregiver support. Her consulting work spans strategic planning, partner selection, and patient experience redesign.
Prior to joining Chartis, Adriana served as Principal and Head of Research at Rock Health, a venture fund and advisory firm supporting healthcare organizations in their innovation strategies. She also held roles at the Coalition to Transform Advanced Care (C-TAC), where she worked with policymakers at the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) and supported state-level advocacy efforts to explore new serious illness care models. Earlier in her career, she worked at the Massachusetts Executive Office of Elder Affairs, supporting health and human services initiatives for aging populations.
Adriana is a former member of the Digital Medicine Society’s working groups and a volunteer advisor to the National Institute on Aging’s startup accelerator. She was named a Petrie-Flom Fellow in health law policy, biotechnology, and bioethics at Harvard University, where her research focused on technology-enabled caregiving support for individuals with serious illness. Her work has been published in JMIR, The Wall Street Journal, Forbes, Politico, and The New York Times, and she has spoken at events hosted by Modern Healthcare and the American Medical Association.
Adriana earned her Master’s Degree from Harvard University, where she focused on aging and serious illness care, and her Bachelor of Science in business strategy from Fordham University.
