Jennifer Beloff Joins Chartis as a Principal in Clinical Quality Solutions

Jennifer Beloff, RN, MSN, APN, recently joined the firm as a Principal focused on the expansion of clinical quality and high reliability care in a role that spans Chartis Consulting and Chartis Clinical Quality Solutions.

Today, The Chartis Group, a leading healthcare advisory and analytics firm, announced that Jennifer Beloff, RN, MSN, APN, recently joined the firm as a Principal focused on the expansion of clinical quality and high reliability care in a role that spans Chartis Consulting and Chartis Clinical Quality Solutions.

“We are thrilled to welcome Jen to Chartis as we continue to strengthen our focus on clinical quality and high-reliability care,” said Andrew Resnick, Chief Medical and Quality Officer at The Chartis Group. “She brings both deep clinical quality expertise having led one of the largest clinical pathway programs in the country, as well as a proven track record of transforming quality programs to drive quality improvement, patient experience, and operational efficiencies. Her addition will improve health outcomes for innumerable health systems and ultimately, patients.”

Beloff brings more than 20 years of healthcare experience to the firm and is a nationally recognized leader in quality, including performance improvement, pay-for performance, measurement/rankings/ratings, and clinical documentation integrity (CDI).

Prior to joining the firm, Beloff worked at Brigham and Women’s Hospital where she served as the Vice President of Quality with executive oversight for quality, patient experience, clinical pathways, and CDI. In her role, Beloff led efforts to identify and eliminate barriers to appropriate care and strategized and implemented hospital and systemwide interventions to achieve greater compliance and improved performance on a multitude of clinical quality and patient safety metrics.

A seasoned healthcare provider, Beloff has also treated patients as a nurse practitioner, registered nurse, and a medical assistant. She’s an author and sought-after speaker on healthcare quality and safety topics.

Beloff is currently on faculty with the Safety, Quality, and Informatics Leadership (SQIL) Program at Harvard Medical School where she’s taught since 2015. She received her Master and Bachelor of Science in nursing from Pace University and her Bachelor of Arts in English from Franklin and Marshall College.
