Chartis, a comprehensive healthcare advisory firm, today announced that Jeffrey Sturman has joined the firm as a Director in Digital Transformation.
Sturman brings more than 25 years of healthcare consulting experience with the vast majority of his career focused on helping health systems leverage the full capability of technology to change care delivery and business models, while improving outcomes and the consumer and caregiver experience. He also has experience in planning, management consulting, organizational change, and governance.

Sturman previously served as Senior Vice President and Chief Digital Officer at Memorial Healthcare System and will continue serving in an interim capacity until his successor is identified. In this role, he set the technology and digital platform strategic direction, managed a staff of about 700 team members, and was responsible for strategy, leadership, and digital innovation for the service center to improve consumer access and consumer engagement and experience.
Prior to Memorial, Sturman developed deep consulting leadership experience at multiple firms, including Cumberland Consulting, Ernst & Young/Capgemini, and V4 Consulting.
Sturman earned his B.A. in Psychology and Chemistry from Indiana University – Bloomington and a Master of Health Administration in Health Service Management from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
