Ryan Langdale, MBA, is a Principal with The Chartis Group in the Chartis Oncology Solutions practice. Mr. Langdale has consulting experience that spans more than 70 cancer programs, including some of the nation’s top health systems. His expertise is focused in hospital and health system strategy, network design, and transactional work.
Mr. Langdale has robust experience in partnering with hospital and health system leadership to prioritize program initiatives, interpret the competitive landscape, anticipate emerging trends, and develop sound strategies for long-term growth and strong financial returns. His recent projects include the design of an integrated cancer delivery model for one of the largest health systems in upstate New York; negotiation of a consolidation model between competing hospitals in Michigan; care design for the opening of a $400M cancer center in south Florida; and strategic planning for the community-affiliation programs at two of the top 50 NCI cancer centers.
Prior to joining Chartis Oncology Solutions, Mr. Langdale worked in the corporate strategy and advisory services arm of retail giant The Home Depot.
Mr. Langdale is a regular contributor to leading industry publications, including a recent article “Integrating Cancer Care Isn’t Always Easy—But It Brings Results” in Hospital & Health Networks. He has also published frequently in cancer-focused periodicals, such as Oncology Issues and ACE Update, and the peer-reviewed Journal of Oncology Practice.
Mr. Langdale received his Master of Business Administration degree—with a concentration in business strategy—and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with highest honors from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
