
Cynthia Bailey is Associate Vice President of Consulting Operations for Clinical Transformation. Cynthia has over 20 years of healthcare experience, including operations and strategy consulting, business development and marketing, and public health policy and communications. In her current role, she works to advance the firm’s clinical transformation advisory solutions through development of thought leadership and intellectual property, support of sales and business development efforts, and management of the practice area.
Prior to joining Chartis, Cynthia was an Engagement Manager with APM/CSC Healthcare Management Consulting, where she managed engagements in the areas of hospital and medical group performance optimization, ambulatory access, and strategic planning. Previously, she served as a Communications Specialist in the Public Health Policy and Communications office of the US Department of Health and Human Services.
Cynthia holds a Master of Business Administration from the Yale School of Management, and a Bachelor of Arts in government from Cornell University.
