Will Kleinrichert is an Associate Partner at HealthScape Advisors, a Chartis company. Will has over eight years of consulting and healthcare experience, supporting clients across the payer, provider, and investor landscape. His clients include traditional healthcare companies such as single and multi-state Blues plans, regional provider-sponsored plans, ancillary carriers, and healthcare investors.
Will’s vast experience includes providing a variety of strategic, operational, and analytical advisory for clients focused on new market entry, business expansion, enterprise strategic planning and execution, operational and performance improvement, transaction advisory and business due diligence, and government programs contract capture.
During his tenure at HealthScape, Will has supported several clients operating in the Medicaid, Medicare Advantage, and Duals space through multi-phased strategic engagements in support and preparation for procurement responses and planning, providing strategic guidance and assistance to executive leadership, leading solution development, and managing the oversight of the proposal management process to track risks, dependencies, and key decisions.
Most recently, Will has supported multiple multi-state Medicaid plans with strategic support for entry into new markets, guiding the plans in developing essential capabilities and programs, as well as establishing partnerships with providers and key vendors.
Prior to joining HealthScape, Will worked in EY’s Fraud Investigation and Dispute Services practice consulting on clients' strategic, financial and operational risks related to global fraud and corruption.
Will graduated from Indiana University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Accounting and a Master of Accounting degree. Will is an active Certified Public Accountant in the state of Illinois.
