A nationally recognized healthcare marketing and communication strategist, Tricia Geraghty offers Jarrard clients a comprehensive and strategic approach to growth and transformation.

Leading Jarrard’s Strategic Positioning consultancy, Tricia weaves into her counsel deep expertise in customer experience as she guides on strategic positioning, customer focus, digital experience, brand and communication.

Prior to joining Jarrard in 2024, Tricia served as chief marketing and experience officer for Children’s Wisconsin, an independent pediatric health system with more than 2 million annual touchpoints with families and more than $2 billion in annual revenue. There, she led the organization’s rebranding from a hospital to an integrated health system; the launch of a telehealth service line; the creation of a digital experience platform recognized as best-in-class; and the communication of all public information during the COVID-19 pandemic. During her tenure, Children’s Wisconsin achieved 10 consecutive years of year-over-year market share growth, with corresponding increases in brand equity, customer engagement and fundraising success.

Earlier, as the vice president for marketing and communication at Marquette University, Tricia launched “Marquette University. Be The Difference,” one of the most enduring brands in higher education. She also led brand strategy and communication for admissions, fundraising and athletics during the university’s largest fundraising campaign to date and its entrance into the Big East Conference.

Tricia has been recognized as a PowHER 10 by the PowHER Network (2023), as Milwaukee’s Chief Marketing Officer of the Year (2020) and as one of the Milwaukee Business Journal’s Forty Under Forty (2008). She has written and presented for Children’s Hospital Association, AVIA Health Network, AMA Higher Ed Marketing Symposium, Health Care on the Internet, Jesuit Advancement Association, Professional Dimensions Ideation Summit, Lead Like An Ally, and others.

She holds an MBA from the University of Chicago – Booth School of Business.
