Rachel Prensky-Pomeranz is a Director of Strategy at Chartis with over 10 years of healthcare experience. She helps shape the firm's point of view on the future of care delivery and works with leaders across the enterprise to advance our solutions, with a focus on bringing emerging innovations into our offerings.
Prior to her current role, she was an Engagement Manager working across multiple types of health systems. Representative engagements include service line strategy, strategic planning, partnerships, operational improvement, financial performance improvement, internal operating models, ambulatory access and care team optimization.
Rachel has also worked in value-based care at a Medicare managed care organization and in digital health venture research.
Rachel received her Master of Business Administration and Master of Public Health in Health Policy and Management from the University of California at Berkeley, and her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Healthcare Management and Global Health from Washington University in St. Louis.
